Business Information

CoolLinkTrade LLC is a California limited liability company offering a curated selection of indoor decorative lighting, including pendant lights, chandeliers, crystal lighting, and other statement fixtures.

We currently ship eligible orders only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete information regarding eligible destinations, processing times, transit estimates, and shipping charges.

Eligibility

By placing an order through our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding purchase agreement under applicable law.

Product Information & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, images, specifications, pricing, and availability accurately. However, minor differences may occur due to photography, screen settings, lighting conditions, natural material variations, manufacturing tolerances, or other factors.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information when reasonably necessary.

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Product availability is subject to change, and an item shown as available on the Site may become unavailable before an order is processed.

Orders & Payment

Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is not guaranteed to be accepted solely because an order confirmation has been generated.

CoolLinkTrade LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect product or pricing information.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
• Payment authorization failure.
• Shipping restrictions.
• Technical or administrative errors.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate eligible cancellation requests; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment processing has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and any eligible return will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If CoolLinkTrade LLC cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery

Order processing times, shipping destinations, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking procedures, and signature requirements are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak shipping periods, destination accessibility, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is lost or damaged while in transit, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any replacement, refund, or other remedy expressly provided under that policy.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be calculated based on the shipping destination and applicable tax requirements. Any tax collected will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and return shipping responsibilities are governed by our Refund Policy.

Product Installation & Use

Lighting fixtures must be installed, used, and maintained in accordance with applicable product instructions and local electrical requirements.

Where appropriate, professional installation by a qualified electrician is recommended. CoolLinkTrade LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow applicable installation or safety instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, including applicable text, graphics, logos, layouts, photographs, product presentation materials, and other content, are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by CoolLinkTrade LLC and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
