CoolLinkTrade LLC operates this Site to provide information about and offer decorative indoor lighting products for purchase.

Shipping
CoolLinkTrade LLC currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from the free standard shipping offer and may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Processing times, estimated transit times, delivery requirements, shipping charges, damaged-shipment procedures, and other shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and return shipping responsibilities are governed by our Refund Policy.

Warranty
Eligible CoolLinkTrade LLC lighting fixtures are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms, exclusions, limitations, and conditions.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or other excluded conditions.
Installation & Electrical Safety
Lighting fixtures should be installed and used in accordance with applicable product instructions, electrical requirements, and local regulations.
Professional installation by a qualified electrician is recommended where appropriate.
CoolLinkTrade LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, or failure to follow applicable product or safety instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
