Returns and Refunds

At CoolLinkTrade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixture purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been installed or show signs of installation.
  • Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. **Contact Us:** Email us at info@coollinktrade.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. **Return Authorization:** We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s). Do not send items back without an RMA number, as they will not be accepted.
  3. **Packaging:** Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. **Shipping:** Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective lighting fixture, please contact us immediately at info@coollinktrade.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@coollinktrade.com.
