Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods for orders within the United States:

  • **Standard Shipping:** Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • **Expedited Shipping:** Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your selected shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • **Standard Shipping:** Rates start from $9.99 for smaller items and increase with package size/weight.
  • **Expedited Shipping:** Rates start from $19.99 for smaller items and increase with package size/weight.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. This offer is automatically applied at checkout when your cart total reaches or exceeds $150 (before taxes and after any discounts).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.

International Shipping

Currently, CoolLinkTrade only ships within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain large or heavy lighting fixtures. If your order contains such an item, we may contact you to provide an alternative physical address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@coollinktrade.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@coollinktrade.com. We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the situation promptly.
